Social Media Content Creator (Astrology Focus)

We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Content Creator with a keen interest in astrology to join our team on a freelance or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing video and image content for our astrology mobile app's Instagram and TikTok accounts. This includes crafting daily stories, reels, carousels, and voiced content that captivates and informs our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and post daily engaging content for Instagram and TikTok, including stories, reels, carousels, and voiced content.
• Develop visually appealing images and videos that align with our brand's aesthetic and messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest astrology trends and incorporate them into content creation.
• Collaborate with our marketing and design teams to ensure content is on-brand and effectively communicates our app’s features and benefits.
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
• Analyze content performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and user engagement.
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, preferably within the astrology niche.
• Strong knowledge and passion for astrology; familiarity with astrology apps is a plus.
• Proficiency in creating and editing videos and images using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, and their respective best practices.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with voice-over content creation.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
• Previous experience working in a freelance or part-time capacity
